Don’t let the name fool you, you don’t have to be a runner to get the benefits from this yoga routine.

Van C. Powel has put together an excellent program to get you into shape. If I was to put together a yoga program that incorporates an aerobic workout then this is the type of program that I would have come up with.

Van Powel, like myself integrate Tai Chi and Yoga together to form a perfect fusion for building strength, flexibility and balance. When you combine Yoga and Tai Chi it’s like you have a Yoga routine that is turbo charged. Results happen fast and workouts don’t need to be long.

Just 30 minutes doing this routine and you will see massive results in less time than you can imagine.

You don’t need any special equipment or a dedicated area to work out in. This routine can be done almost anywhere at anytime.

If you’re like me, you don’t have time for spending hours doing isolated exercises, not to mention that you have to set up a complicated program to ensure that you get the results you want without injury.

The idea of no special equipment is also a huge plus. I have personally bought and tried many exercise machines from treadmills to weight machines (bought my first one from Sears), Bowflex, and Soloflex. For me, most of these machines ended up collecting dust and taking up room in storage or a spare bedroom. I always went back to my tried and true Yoga/Tai Chi routines.

If you’re a beginner, that’s not a problem. Runners Yoga is adaptable from the couch potato all the way up to a trained athlete. Now that’s a tall order, but he has managed to accomplish it.

If you are over weight, plan on losing some serious weight with this program, but more important plan on feeling fantastic and with more energy than you have had in a long time.

Bottom line is if his program “Runners Yoga” wasn’t good, I wouldn’t recommend it. I was always taught that if you didn’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all. If this program wasn’t a great exercise program I wouldn’t even mention it.
