Take a look at this video that I found on YouTube. This shows how yoga can be practiced with grace. There are many yoga teachers that teach yoga in a form that is little more than calisthenics.
While I’m sure that this gives you many benefits such as muscle toning and promoting cardiovascular health. Yoga if performed with deliberate and graceful movement can offer so much more than that.
Performing yoga with grace will give more self confidence, and promote a feeling of happiness and self worth that just going through the motions will never give you.
